It is because of them Otto and I can walk freely for 90 mins every day without worrying about being mugged or otherwise accosted. Thank you Chief Kucirek for all of your hard work. Wrote us a check which the son immediately put a stop payment on. We are middle age women just trying to make a living. Not sure who to turn to, we went to the Amherst Police Dept.
